I am a certified professional Coach, Agile Consultant & Trainer. I am educated in Coaching Psychology (MSc.) and Computer Science (BSc.). I have over 20 years’ experience helping individuals, teams and organisations, particularly within in the technology space (agile transformations) to make successful change happen!
Change is a normal & healthy part of all our lives which we experience regularly. For organisations it could be launching a new product, reorganising management structures or implementing an agile approach to software delivery. For individuals it can be change of house, job, role, reporting lines, family situation or moving to new ways of working.
A fundamental ingredient for change is ‘Motivation’. In order to be sure we are motivated to change, we must ask ourselves & answer the following questions:

3. HOW: The next step is to form and train effective, enduring and self-organising squads.
4. SUSTAIN THE CHANGE: Part of the process that is often misunderstood & ignored by many. Change needs to become a habit. I use my coaching expertise again to make the change stick through goal setting & removing sabotaging obstacles.
